We believe, through fostering empathy, we can support sustainable change to create more equitable communities from the inside out.
We do this in four phases:
1. In our first phase we focus on individuals because we do the personal work of understanding discrimination.
2. Secondly, we talk about connecting our individual work to the work of others. We focus on building teams because we know that you cannot tackle inequity alone.
3. Thirdly, we bridge the work of individuals and tackle to consider operational practice and tools to be most effective in dismantling inequality.
4. Fourthly, we focus on tactics that teams and individuals can use to focus on inequity and take action.
